Job summary

Mira, a San Francisco-based hormonal health company, is seeking an Amazon Growth Manager to accelerate revenue growth across the US, Canada and UK. This hands-on role will own Mira's Amazon growth strategy and bring in-house execution of Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns to maximise kit sales while protecting profitability.

You will optimize listings, manage reviews, and plan promotions, collaborating with product and CX teams to improve customer experiences and drive scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing Amazon growth with measurable commercial improvements.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns.
• Strong CRO, listing SEO, and ability to translate data into better shopping experiences.
• Experience coordinating inventory, reviews practices, and cross-market exposure (US/Canada/UK).

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Amazon growth plan across markets.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Ads and DSP activity within budgets.
• Improve conversion and discoverability via listings, A+ Content, and Brand Store updates.
• Own the Reviews and Ratings program to drive listing improvements.
• Coordinate operations and promotions to protect sales continuity.
• Investigate customer feedback and return reasons to inform product education and listings.
