Emplicit is seeking a commercially-minded strategist to own a portfolio of 18–25 brands, primarily on Amazon, with some on Walmart and TikTok Shop. You will retain, grow, and turn clients into advocates, backed by a cross-functional pod of Marketing Managers and Coordinators to stay focused on high-level strategy.

You’ll report to the Director of Client Success & Partnerships. This remote role spans US time zones.

Qualifikationen

• High emotional intelligence and ability to turn tense client situations into wins.
• Fluency with Amazon Seller Central metrics and tactics.
• Proven history of spotting untapped revenue within portfolios.
• Comfort challenging client assumptions with data-driven insights.

Aufgaben

• Own 18–25 brands across Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop, retaining and growing them.
• Build genuine C-suite relationships and multi-thread stakeholder advocacy.
• Own P&L and revenue forecasting for accounts and lead onboarding of new brands.
• Run forward-looking QBRs and drive strategic pivots with internal teams.
• Lead the cross-functional pod to align on client goals and upsell opportunities.
