Job summary

Rigle is a global eCommerce accelerator seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to own end-to-end accounting, payroll, and financial record-keeping across multiple brands. You will manage daily bank feeds, payroll processing, and bill payments, collaborating with leadership to ensure data integrity and strong internal controls.

This on-site, full-time role demands 5+ years in ecommerce accounting, proficiency with NetSuite or QuickBooks Online, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping, e-commerce accounting, or full-cycle accounting (Experience with NetSuite ERP or QuickBooks Online preferred).
• Hands-on experience processing multi-state payroll and managing HR/employee onboarding compliance.
• Solid understanding of 3-way matching principles (Invoice vs. PO vs. Receiving Document) and accounts payable controls.
• Proven track record in bank reconciliations, multi-account matching, and preparing month-end financial statements.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and e-commerce financial workflows (marketplace payouts, payment gateways, third-party bill pay tools).

Responsibilities

• Onboard new team members by collecting tax, compliance, and direct deposit documentation (W‑4s, I‑9s, payment details).
• Set up, manage, and process bi-weekly payroll runs across platforms (e.g., NetSuite).
• Maintain confidentiality regarding payroll and employee data; resolve inquiries promptly.
