You will monitor funds, approve Positive Pay transactions, upload checks to SinglePoint, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close. This role requires strong Excel skills and multi-entity experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, ACH, wire activity, and Positive Pay.
• Experience with multiple bank platforms; U.S. Bank experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee daily banking operations and ensure accurate financial management across multiple business accounts. This role is critical to maintaining strong cash flow, internal controls, and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of incoming and outgoing funds across multiple accounts (operating, eCommerce, PayPal, and related entities)
• Approve Positive Pay ACH transactions and check activity
• Upload check lists to U.S. Bank SinglePoint
• Ensure all checking accounts maintain sufficient balances to cover payments
• Email daily bank statements to A/R department
• Email monthly eCommerce bank statements to accounting team
• Reconcile multiple bank accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain organized financial records and support audit requests
• Assist with month-end close and reporting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience (multi-entity preferred)
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, ACH, wire activity, and Positive Pay
• Experience working with multiple bank platforms (U.S. Bank experience a plus)
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
