Job summary

Stellent IT LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Dynatrace Engineer to drive end-to-end observability across hybrid/integrated environments. You will configure and manage Dynatrace, build dashboards, and optimize alerting, enabling proactive performance insights for critical applications.

Required: 5+ years in systems engineering with Dynatrace, plus experience in APM, synthetic monitoring, and RUM; Azure and healthcare exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Dynatrace is mandatory.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Dynatrace for end-to-end visibility.
• Experience building dashboards and setting alerting thresholds.
• Experience with APM using Dynatrace and distributed tracing (PurePath).
• Experience with synthetic monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Hybrid/infrastructure familiarity: Windows/Linux servers and AWS/Azure.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus, Linux knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Dynatrace for end-to-end observability across hybrid infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, health checks, and alerting thresholds.
• Utilize Dynatrace APM to monitor application performance and transaction flows.
• Configure and support Dynatrace Synthetic monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Proactively identify performance issues and provide monitoring insights during incidents.
