Job summary

nTech Workforce seeks a Senior Dynatrace Systems Engineer to optimize observability across a hybrid environment. You will configure Dynatrace, implement RUM and synthetic monitoring, and build dashboards to improve performance for critical apps.

The role requires 5+ years in Systems Engineering and Dynatrace expertise, plus Azure, Prometheus, and Open Telemetry. Collaboration with cross-functional teams in Columbia, MD is essential. Hybrid with 1 day/week onsite; contract-to-hire.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
• 5+ years with Dynatrace setup, admin, configuration.
• Azure Cloud experience required.
• Experience with RUM, synthetic monitoring, and transaction flow analysis.
• Willingness to report onsite at Columbia, MD once per week.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and optimize Dynatrace for enterprise APM.
• Design end-to-end transaction flow tracking and RUM monitoring.
• Establish monitoring for infrastructure hosts and batch jobs.
• Collaborate to integrate Prometheus metrics via Open Telemetry.
• Assist production support with 10–20% of daily ops, including incidents and reporting.
