Job summary

Argyllinfotech is hiring a senior Observability Architect with deep Dynatrace expertise to define and implement enterprise observability standards. You will lead rollout across applications and infrastructure, build dashboards and health views, and integrate with ServiceNow ITSM.

The role requires hands‑on architecture experience, PoCs, and collaboration with engineering and operations. Hybrid work in Columbus, OH is available; healthcare domain leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, application monitoring, SRE, DevOps, or observability.
• 4+ years of hands-on Dynatrace experience.
• Experience leading enterprise observability implementations.
• Experience working with large, distributed application environments.
• Dynatrace certification preferred.
• ServiceNow certification or implementation experience preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise architecture standards and reference architectures.
• Experience working directly with customers and senior technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise Observability Gold Standards across applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, databases, APIs, Kubernetes, containers, and critical business services.
• Establish Dynatrace architecture, deployment, configuration, and monitoring standards.
• Lead enterprise Dynatrace implementation and rollout across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Define deployment strategies for OneAgent, ActiveGate, Kubernetes monitoring, cloud integrations, and instrumentation.
• Establish Dynatrace configuration and operational best practices.
• Conduct assessments and identify observability gaps; build dashboards, alerts, and health views.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow ITSM for incident management.
• Establish governance, adoption, and enablement for engineering teams.
