Job summary
BDO USA is seeking a Senior Manager for Microsoft Dynamics to drive strategy, design, and ongoing support of Dynamics-based enterprise solutions. You will lead a team of developers and engineers, shaping architecture, integrations, and automation to align technology with business goals.
You will oversee production-grade Microsoft Dynamics environments, ensure scalability and security, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value across Tax platforms and related ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- Ten or more years of progressive experience in software engineering for enterprise-scale systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, integrations, workflows, and platform configuration preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, implementation, and hands-on development of features for Dynamics/ERP integrations.
- Provide architectural direction for services, APIs, and user-facing applications.
- Mentor engineers and manage projects with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee solution design for ERP/CRM/HCM contexts to maximize business value.
- Support project implementations and post-go-live operations.
