Qualifications

• Ten+ years in software engineering for enterprise-scale products.
• Five+ years in ERP, HCM, or CRM products.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 modules, integrations, workflows, and platform configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and hands-on development for Dynamics/ERP features.
• Provide technical direction on architecture, scalability, and APIs.
• Mentor engineers and manage project milestones and budgets.
• Create dashboards and scorecards for evaluating business applications.
• Oversee deployments, integrations, and production support.
