Job summary
BDO USA is seeking a Senior Manager for Microsoft Dynamics to lead strategy, development, implementation and ongoing support of enterprise Dynamics solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management across Tax products and platforms, including AI-enabled solutions for Dynamics/ERP integrations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM, finance, or accounting field preferred
- 5+ years in ERP/CRM/HCM products or related
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, integrations, workflows, and platform configuration preferred
Responsibilities
- Leads design, implementation and hands-on development of software features and platform capabilities for Dynamics/ERP/3rd party systems
- Provides technical direction on architecture, code structure, scalability and reliability for services, APIs and front-end apps
- Manages a team and acts as direct manager leveraging Dynamics to oversee daily operations and drive performance
- Designs and develops scorecards for evaluating candidate business applications
- Creates dashboard presentations of quantitative and qualitative scoring of options
- Supports technical leads, developers and managers with clarifications and expectations during projects
