Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Senior Manager for Microsoft Dynamics to lead strategy, development, and ongoing support of enterprise Dynamics solutions. You will oversee a team of developers and engineers, shape architecture, and drive automation to align with business goals.

The role requires deep Dynamics 365 experience, ERP/CRM product knowledge, and strong leadership. Expect collaboration across Tax products, AI-enabled platforms, and cross-functional technology teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
Ten+ years of progressive software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale software products.
Five+ years of ERP/HCM/CRM product experience and Dynamics 365 familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and hands‑on development of Dynamics/ERP features and integrations.
Provide architectural guidance for services, APIs, and user applications.
Mentor and manage a team of engineers and consultants.
Develop dashboards and scorecards for evaluating candidate business applications.
