Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Manager for Microsoft Dynamics to lead the strategy, development, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise Dynamics solutions across Tax products and platforms.

This role combines hands-on technical expertise with people leadership, directing a team of developers, engineers, and system specialists to deliver scalable, secure Dynamics/ERP integrations while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale products.
• 5+ years in ERP/CRM product knowledge or related domains.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, integrations, workflows, and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction on architecture, scalability, and reliability for Dynamics-based services.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and developers.
• Oversee design, implementation, and integration patterns for Dynamics/ERP systems.
• Manage project milestones, budgets and risk tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
