Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Microsoft Dynamics in Denver to lead strategy, development, and ongoing support of enterprise Dynamics solutions across Tax products and platforms. You will oversee a team of developers and engineers, drive architecture, integrations, and automation while ensuring alignment with business goals and scalable, secure operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Dynamics experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record of delivering

Qualifications

Ten or more years of progressive software engineering experience in enterprise-scale products.
Five or more years of ERP/CRM/HCM product experience or exposure.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, integrations, workflows, and platform configuration.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and hands-on development of features for Dynamics/ERP and tax platforms.
Provide technical direction on architecture, scalability, and reliability for services and APIs.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers and developers, aligning delivery with business objectives.
Develop dashboards and scorecards to evaluate candidate business applications.
Document milestones, manage risks, and support project implementations and go-lives.
