Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Microsoft Dynamics to lead strategy, development, and implementation of enterprise Dynamics solutions. This role combines hands-on technical work with people leadership, overseeing a team delivering Dynamics/ERP integrations across Tax platforms.

The ideal candidate has extensive enterprise software engineering experience, strong leadership, and a track record of driving automation and process improvements in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive experience in software engineering for enterprise-scale products.
• Five or more years of education or experience with ERP, HCM or CRM product.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, integrations, workflows, and platform configuration (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and hands-on development of features and platform capabilities for Dynamics/ERP integrations.
• Provide architecture guidance on scalability, reliability, and API design for services and applications.
• Directly manage a team of engineers and system specialists, overseeing daily operations and performance.
