Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to support Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the customer portal, delivering new technology and functionality. This role is mostly remote with occasional onsite work at the Washington, DC client site.

You will operate in an Agile Scrum environment, manage multiple items per sprint, mentor peers, and drive Call Center/IVR features using Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging within Dynamics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform and Portals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to implement user stories and ensure acceptance criteria quality.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence, and other tools.
