Job summary

IronArch Technology in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to enhance the Ask VA Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related services. You will be hands-on across design, development, testing, and security compliance, while guiding technical direction in a fast-paced federal project environment.

This role emphasizes integration with VA.gov, RESTful APIs, ReactJS frontends, SQL Server backends, and DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a full-stack focus.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and C#/.NET development.
• Experience with SQL Server for backend data management and RESTful APIs.
• Proficient with ReactJS/TypeScript for frontend integrations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and align CRM solutions with objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM customizations (C#/.NET plugins, workflows).
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs connecting CRM with VA.gov and other systems.
• Contribute to frontend integrations using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Work with SQL Server to design and maintain backend data structures.
• Support CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and enforce secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with QA to expand automated testing for CRM integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues ensuring reliability, security, and VA compliance.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and plan sprints.
