Job summary
Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to modernize enterprise Customer Service capabilities nationwide. The role focuses on secure, scalable Dynamics 365 applications, collaborating with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Service development.
- 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- Extensive experience with enterprise CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, forms, entities, and automation.
- Configure modules to support evolving business requirements.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with REST APIs, web services, and Azure components.
- Mentor developers and participate in solution design, reviews, and planning.
- Support testing, deployments, release management, and performance optimization.
