Job summary

Texas Workforce Commission is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 System Analyst (Systems Analyst V) to lead the strategic health, configuration, and governance of our Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Platform environment. You will translate complex business needs into scalable low-code solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize enterprise systems.

You will oversee security models, ALM, and data integrity, while mentoring junior analysts and partnering with IT and business

Qualifications

Four years of full-time experience in computer programming, systems analysis, and/or program analysis.
Bachelor degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform, and enterprise security.
Strong understanding of ALM, governance, and secure system design.

Responsibilities

Architect and manage Dynamics CRM 365 security models and enterprise governance.
Design and build system components (entities, forms, views, dashboards) and automate workflows with Power Automate.
Provide tier-3 support, mentor analysts, and maintain technical documentation.
Keep pace with Microsoft Release Waves and evaluate enterprise impact.
