Job summary

GIS is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 System Administrator / Developer to support and advance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. This role blends hands‑on administration with technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration across business and IT teams.

The successful candidate will help ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our business applications while leading enhancements, integrations, deployments, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 10–15 years of IT experience with 3–7 years in Dynamics 365 administration, development, and support.
• 1–3 years of technical leadership, supervisory, or people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments across development, testing, UAT, and production.
• Monitor platform health, licensing, security, backups, updates, and performance.
• Manage Dataverse security roles, environment governance, and user access.
