Job summary

PulteGroup Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to analyze highly complex applications, websites, databases and systems, and provide tier-3 support. You will lead IT project initiatives while collaborating across teams and acting as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Strong SQL and business-analysis skills are essential. The role emphasizes process improvement, requirements documentation, and governance, with on-call responsibilities after hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Sales/Service/Customer Insights experience.
4+ years in a Business/Systems Analyst role.
Experience writing SQL queries.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Conducts analysis of business and system processes, data, integration and reporting.
Performs strategic research and defines, tests, documents and manages requirements.
Serves as application and technical subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Provides tier-3 defect management and on-call support for priority issues.
Leads process improvement efforts within teams and champions best practices.
Configures Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements and collaborates with stakeholders.
