Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Lead to own the technical direction of Microsoft cloud solutions for federal customers. You will act as the technical authority across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure, guiding an Agile team from requirements through deployment and beyond.

You will build DevSecOps discipline and modern cloud practices, work with government stakeholders, project managers, and developers, and travel

Qualifications

7+ years designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft business apps and cloud solutions.
5+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement.
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

Responsibilities

Own the technical design, customization, integration, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft SaaS solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365).
Lead Agile development teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions and mentor staff.
Set DevSecOps strategy across environments using Azure DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure development practices.
