PulteGroup is seeking a Senior Analyst to analyze highly complex applications, websites, databases, and systems, providing third-level technical support and defect management. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Dynamics365 (Customer Engagement) and Power Platform, guiding implementations and integrations across IT projects.

This role emphasizes close collaboration with business units, proactive problem solving, and ongoing learning about Microsoft features.

Formación

Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and/or Customer Insights (Marketing) modules in configuration and administration.
Experience with Power Platform applications and integration is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex IT environments.

Responsabilidades

Conducts analysis of business and system processes, data, integrations, and reporting.
Provides tier-3 support and defects management for Dynamics365-related applications and systems.
Configures Dynamics365 to meet business requirements and engages with MS documentation for new features.
Leads knowledge sharing and suggests process improvements within the team.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams on technology solutions for business needs.
