Job summary

Pulte Home Company, LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst to analyze highly complex applications, websites, databases and systems, providing third-level support, testing and defect management. The role leads team initiatives while collaborating across IT projects with limited supervision.

The ideal candidate will serve as SME for Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) and Power Platform, applying advanced knowledge of business processes, integrations and data modeling to improve delivery and resolve

Qualifications

Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and/or Customer Insights modules
Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)
Strong business/system analysis experience and SDLC/Agile/Scrum knowledge

Responsibilities

Conducts analysis of business and system processes, data, integration, and reporting.
Performs requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and defect management.
Acts as SME for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, providing third-level support.
Configures Dynamics 365 to meet business needs and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
Leads knowledge sharing and champions best practices and new tools.
