Qualifications

• Strong background as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related architecture topics.
• Ability to communicate with customers, understand business needs, and challenge requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and leadership in early-stage customer conversations, discovery calls, and opportunity qualification across North America (US and Canada).
• Translate customer requirements into Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solution concepts.
• Prepare and deliver tailored demos around Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Power Platform scenarios.
• Shape customer-oriented solution proposals with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams.
• Support effort estimation, scoping, SOW input, and commercial proposal preparation.
• Bridge between sales and delivery to ensure commercially attractive yet realistic solutions.
• Participate in workshops, presentations, and executive-level discussions with prospects and customers.
• Work with the North American team on active presales opportunities.
