Job summary

MCA Connect is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Architect to lead strategy and architecture for complex enterprise transformations in Manufacturing and Distribution. This senior, client-facing role combines industry expertise, Dynamics 365 delivery experience, enterprise architecture, and pre-sales leadership.

You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery and Data & AI teams to create compelling, executable solutions, mentor others, and develop Statements of Work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology consulting or related field.
• Deep experience in Manufacturing or Distribution.
• Strong experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and other Microsoft apps.
• Ability to architect enterprise-scale solutions across domains.
• Experience in both solution delivery and pre-sales.
• Ability to develop estimates, resource plans, and SOWs.
• Strong enterprise integration, data, and analytics knowledge.
• Ability to advise C-suite and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for D365 transformations.
• Translate objectives into integrated future-state solutions.
• Architect solutions across Finance, SCM, CE, Data & AI, and Power Platform.
• Lead discovery sessions, RFPs, demos and executive discussions.
• Develop narratives connecting business challenges with Microsoft capabilities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives and teams.
• Define integration strategies across Dynamics 365 and legacy systems.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Fabric, Power BI, and Azure.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and risks with Delivery.
• Support pre-sales to delivery transition and project mobilization.
• Mentor other architects and contribute reusable assets.
• Support customer workshops and demand-generation activities.
