Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and cloud integrations, with a track record of architecture leadership.

Responsibilities include end-to-end design, integration patterns, security, deployment strategies, and overseeing developers and implementation teams. Remote work option available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and related modules.
• Experience with Azure services and cloud-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead solution architecture, technical design, customization, configuration, and implementation.
• Define CRM architecture, integration patterns, data models, security, and deployment strategies.
• Provide technical leadership to Dynamics CRM developers, consultants, and implementation teams.
• Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop architecture standards, technical documentation, design specs, and best practices.
• Oversee CRM customization using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, JavaScript, Data verse, and custom APIs.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, availability, and maintainability requirements.
• Support Power Platform solutions involving Power Apps, Power Automate, and Data verse.
• Participate in technical reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
• Lead Dynamics 365 upgrades, migrations, environment strategy, and release management.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, source control, automated deployments, and environment management.
