proMX is seeking a Presales Architect to support its North American business (US and Canada). The ideal candidate is a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with strong customer-facing and presales experience, capable of translating client needs into solution approaches and tailored demos.

You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and architecture teams to prepare proposals and SOWs. Responsibilities include early-stage discussions, demos around Dynamics 365 Project Operations, and helping with

Qualifications

Strong background as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with hands-on DX operations experience.
Experience translating customer needs into Dynamics 365 / Power Platform concepts and demos.
Experience shaping proposals, estimates, SOWs and commercial discussions.
Good communication skills for executive level discussions and workshops.

Responsibilities

Support North America sales and leadership in early conversations and discovery.
Translate customer requirements into Dynamics 365 / Power Platform concepts and demos.
Prepare tailored demos around Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Power Platform scenarios.
Shape solution proposals with sales, architects, and delivery teams.
Assist with effort estimation, scoping, and SOW input.
Bridge sales and delivery to ensure feasible, attractive solutions.
Participate in workshops and customer discussions across US and Canada.
Support RFPs, tenders, and customer-facing materials as needed.
