Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support client Case Management systems. The role involves working with the technical team to design, deliver, and mitigate risks in case management projects, and collaborating with the client, project leads, architects, and business analysts.

You will gather technical requirements, propose solutions based on client needs, contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, and develop

Qualifications

Minimum seven years of professional experience.
Minimum four years implementing and managing enterprise CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365).
Able to work in a hybrid environment and travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines.
Collaborate with client, Project Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts.
Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.
Enhance development, testing, and release processes for Dynamics 365 implementations.
