Job summary

The Leading Niche is seeking a Senior Software Developer, Applications to support PRiMES, a DoS platform, through modernization, integration, and operations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform. You will work with project managers, government stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, user-focused enhancements.

Ideal candidates have senior-level development experience, strong Microsoft tech, cloud exposure, and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT services or software development experience.
Experience supporting IT application migration and development projects.
Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform development.
Strong Microsoft technologies experience (C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions for PRiMES.
Lead transformation of existing functionality and design new features for a modernized interface and architecture.
Support cloud-based development and migration efforts.
Develop custom applications using .NET, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
Lead Agile/Scrum delivery and coordinate with stakeholders.
