Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support our client’s Case Management systems. You will design and deliver case management solutions, gather requirements, and contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases.

Responsibilities include developing integrations and customizations, translating technical concepts for stakeholders, and refining implementation plans.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 7+ years of professional CRM experience, with Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise CRM solutions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines.
• Collaborate with client, project leads, architects, and business analysts.
• Develop Dynamics CRM customizations and integrations for Dynamics 365.
• Translate technical concepts into user flows, diagrams, and prototypes.
• Refine technical designs and implement robust, quality deployments.
• Travel to client sites for demos and meetings as needed.
