Qualifications

• US citizenship is required to work on client engagements.
• US equivalent bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Experience implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in enterprise settings.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment and travel as needed.
• Strong communication and analytical skills for client-facing demos.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases from discovery to deployment.
• Design and develop integrations and customizations for Dynamics 365.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms for stakeholders.
• Guide the technical team in architecture design and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with clients, project leads, developers and BAs to ensure quality outcomes.
