Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support client case management systems. You will design and deliver solutions with the technical team, gather requirements, and contribute across all project phases from discovery to deployment.

The role requires 4+ years of CRM experience, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise, and the ability to work on-site or in a hybrid setting, with travel up to 25% and a Public Trust clearance ability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in CRM/ERP
• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver case management solutions within timelines
• Collaborate with client teams, project leads, architects and BAs
• Develop integrations and customizations for Dynamics CRM
• Translate requirements into technical designs and user flows
• Support deployments and data migration efforts
• Travel to customer locations for demos and meetings as needed
