Job summary

PeopleCert is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, build, and maintain custom plugins, APIs, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 CE ecosystem. You will work with senior developers and solution architects to deliver scalable, high-quality business solutions using the Power Platform and Azure services.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform, with a focus on the D365 Customer Service module and Dataverse.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of the Dataverse data model, security model, and solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services used for CRM integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
• Strong C#, .NET, and JavaScript development skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and business logic within Dynamics 365 CE.
• Build and maintain Custom APIs and custom service endpoints for integrations.
• Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using Azure services.
• Implement solutions across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Collaborate with solution architects to translate designs into technical specs.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of custom code and integrations.
• Support data migration activities.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
