Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support client Case Management systems in a hybrid work model.

You will design and deliver case management solutions, gather requirements, and contribute to Dynamics 365 implementations from discovery to deployment. Travel to client sites and on-site collaboration are required as needed.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (US equivalent).
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 4+ years implementing enterprise CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).
• Hybrid work environment and travel to client sites as needed.
• Experience evaluating, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, including on-site deployments.
• Strong ability to translate technical information into business concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines, identifying risks and mitigating them.
• Collaborate with client, project leads, architects, and business analysts to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Gather technical requirements and propose solutions aligned to client architecture and business needs.
• Contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases: discovery, define, build, test, deploy.
• Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM and support data migrations.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes to guide development.

What You Will Do

• Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support our client’s Case Management systems.
• Work with the technical team to design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines, identifying risks and mitigating them during the design phase.
• Be responsible for high-quality project outcomes and collaborate closely with the client, Project Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts.
• Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client architectural and business needs.
• Contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
• Participate in data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.
• Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM.
• Design and support the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for custom code or data migration requirements.
• Conduct tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.
• Refine project specifications and develop technical solution designs and implementation plans for the Dynamics 365 solution.
• Enhance the efficiency of the development, testing, and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Document technical risks and issues and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt.
• Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required.

What You Will Need

• US Citizenship is contractually required for this role.
• US equivalent Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).
• Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment and travel to client sites when needed.
• Experience evaluating, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.
• Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform.
• Core skills to include C#, SQL, .Net, and related technologies.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience supporting case management systems.
• Experience with client-facing demos and presentations.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.
• Experience with data migration requirements and custom code implementations.
• Experience improving development, testing, and release processes through tools and frameworks.
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
