Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a hands-on software engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to design, configure and develop custom solutions for client engagements. You will lead Power Platform implementations across discovery, build, test and deploy, working with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint and Dataverse.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development, can commute onsite as needed, and holds a 4-year degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer including on-prem and Online, SharePoint Designer for workflows, and PowerApps/Power Automate

Responsibilities

• Drive Power Platform implementations through all project phases from discovery to deployment
• Identify client requirements through discovery meetings
• Deliver services using PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, and data integrations
• Provide hands-on design and implementation expertise for Power Platform solutions
• Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer docs
• Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; produce data visualizations
• Refine Power Platform implementation standards and tools
• Present tailored demonstrations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with development and QA teams for high-quality deliverables
• Participate in daily scrums and status reporting
• Work with stakeholders to design enterprise Dynamics solutions and ensure quality
• Serve as Power Platform SME with architecture and security responsibilities
• Create design docs for new solutions
• Assist support team with production issues
• Stay up-to-date with Power Platform roadmap
