Job summary

TLN Worldwide Enterprises Inc. seeks a Senior Software Developer to modernize and extend PRiMES enterprise applications on Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform. You will design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable solutions using C#, JavaScript, .NET, and Web APIs while collaborating with PMs, CORs, and end users.

The role emphasizes cloud-based development, Agile delivery, and serving as a technical liaison for modernization and enterprise system development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
10+ years IT/services or software development experience preferred.
Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform development required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise solutions across PRiMES and Dynamics 365.
Lead modernization of existing application functionality and architect new features.
Develop custom apps using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and web technologies.
Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, and security in Dynamics 365 CRM.
Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
Integrate ERP/CRM with external systems via REST APIs and data services.
