Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an O&M Journeyman Software Developer, Systems Software to support the PRiMES enterprise system used by the Department of State. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing enterprise solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.

You will contribute to production stability, resolve defects, implement improvements, and assist with data migration and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Power Platform development including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong MS stack skills: C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API.
• Experience building CRM plugins, forms, views, and security roles.
• REST APIs/OData integration and data exchange experience.
• SQL Server development, stored procedures and reporting queries.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and federal client engagement.
• Ability to communicate with technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance PRiMES within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Develop and configure CRM entities, forms, views, and business rules.
• Build CRM plugins, JavaScript resources, and custom logic with C#.
• Create Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support processes.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST/OData APIs.
• Support SQL Server development, data migrations, and reporting needs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Document technical decisions and provide stakeholder support.
