Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior SME Software Developer for the PRiMES enterprise system. You will design, develop, and sustain Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions to support mission-critical government programs.

Responsibilities include integration, modernization, API development, SQL Server data support, and Agile/Scrum delivery with federal stakeholders. You will mentor teams and ensure secure, scalable implementations aligned with user needs.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API.
• Experience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, and CRM entities.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML.
• Strong SQL Server experience, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.
• Experience supporting Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and federal clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, and custom business logic using C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics CRM SDK.
• Build and maintain Power Apps to support business processes and user-facing functionality.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to support approvals, notifications, and automation.
• Support API integration and system modernization across the PRiMES platform.
• Develop and support SQL Server databases, queries, and reporting needs.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and with federal stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot production systems and implement enhancements based on user feedback.
