Job summary

The Leading Niche is seeking an O&M Journeyman Software Developer, Systems Software in Washington, DC to support the PRiMES Enterprise System. You will maintain and enhance the Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform-based solutions, ensuring system reliability and effective data flows for the Department of State.

Responsibilities include developing custom entities, forms, and workflows; integrating external systems via REST/OData; and supporting data migration, reporting, and modernization efforts

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance PRiMES enterprise solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Develop CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, and custom business logic.
• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST APIs and web services.
• Support SQL Server development, data migration, and reporting queries.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with federal stakeholders.
