Job summary

Worky is seeking an experienced O&M Journeyman Software Developer to support the PRiMES enterprise system, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions, integrate external systems, and support modernization efforts for federal clients.

The role requires 10+ years of software development, strong MS stack skills, and the ability to communicate with technical teams and stakeholders. Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.
• Experience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models.
• Strong SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.
• Experience supporting enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance PRiMES enterprise system, focusing on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support business processes.
• Develop web and API-based solutions using C#, JavaScript, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with external systems via REST APIs and data formats.
• Support SQL Server data development, migrations, and reporting needs.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate with federal stakeholders to implement requirements.
• Provide documentation and stakeholder support for technical solutions and deployments.
