Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Software Developer to advance PRiMES within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform for a federal program. You will drive modernization, integrate enterprise solutions, and partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable software.

The role demands hands-on D365/Power Platform development, strong Microsoft stack skills, cloud experience, and Agile delivery leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as CS, IT, Math, or Statistics.
• 10+ years in IT services or software development.
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions for PRiMES within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Lead modernization of existing functionality, interfaces, and architecture.
• Support cloud-based development, integration, and deployment efforts.
• Provide technical leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery planning.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement reliable, secure enhancements.
