Job summary

PBG is seeking a Senior Software Developer, Applications to support a federal government client’s enterprise applications platform. You will lead design, development, integration, and migration using Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET, and SQL Server, while guiding cross-functional teams and coordinating with Government stakeholders.

You will champion Agile delivery, modernize interfaces, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across on-site and hybrid environments in the DC metro area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT services or software development.
• Experience migrating and developing IT applications.
• Experience with cloud environments (2–5 years).
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML.
• Ability to lead projects using Scrum/Agile frameworks.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating multidisciplinary delivery.
• Excellent communication with Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, and migration of enterprise apps on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Serve as a primary technical liaison to Government stakeholders and lead Agile delivery.
• Coordinate migrations from current platforms to cloud-based platforms.
• Attend customer meetings and provide technical solution guidance.
• Develop and maintain CRM entities, forms, business rules, and security models.
• Develop plugins, web resources, and business logic using C# and JavaScript.
• Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for automation.
• Develop .NET and Web API solutions and integrate with external systems.
• Support SQL Server development, stored procedures, views, and reporting queries.
• Provide technical leadership to the development team and ensure delivery quality.
