TLN Worldwide Enterprises Inc. seeks an O&M Journeyman Software Developer, Systems Software to sustain and modernize the PRiMES Enterprise System using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.

You will support production stability, resolve defects, optimize workflows, and collaborate with federal clients and technical teams. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development, Power Platform expertise, and strong .NET/C# skills to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day O&M and sustainment of PRiMES enterprise system.
• Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Integrate external systems via REST APIs and data exchange formats.
• Perform system modernization, data migration, and reporting enhancements.
• Collaborate with federal clients and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.
