Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking a skilled SME Software Developer, Applications to support PRiMES for the Department of State. The role focuses on Dynamics 365 CRM, the Power Platform, and .NET technologies to enhance reporting, monitoring, and decision making across offices.

Responsibilities include designing enterprise solutions, building Power Apps and workflows, developing CRM plugins and custom logic in C#, JavaScript and related technologies, and integrating systems via REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance at time of award
• 10+ years of software development experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
• Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or related Microsoft technologies
• Experience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML
• Strong SQL Server experience including stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries
• Experience supporting enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and maintaining enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Configuring custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows and CRM security models
• Developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources and custom business logic using C#, JavaScript and the Dynamics CRM SDK
• Building and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support business process automation
• Developing and enhancing custom applications using .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and related technologies
• Integrating Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML and web services
• Supporting SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, views, triggers, data queries and reporting support
• Assisting with data migration, system modernization and application enhancement initiatives
• Supporting automated notifications, workflow processes and system-triggered business logic
• Troubleshooting application issues, supporting production systems and implementing enhancements based on user and stakeholder needs
• Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation and status updates
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document technical solutions and deliver high-quality software
