Job summary

MSM Technology is seeking a Journeyman Software Developer—Systems Software/O&M to support the Department of State with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET, and SQL Server.

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions, implement integrations via REST/OData, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies with government stakeholders. This role emphasizes collaboration, troubleshooting, and production support in a federal environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience (5 years preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML.
• Strong SQL Server experience with database development, views, stored procedures, and reporting.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform.
• Configure custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and CRM security models.
• Develop CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, and custom business logic using C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics CRM SDK.
• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support business process automation.
• Develop and enhance custom applications using .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, and related technologies.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Support SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, views, triggers, data queries, and reporting.
• Support automated notifications, workflow processes, and system-triggered business logic.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
