Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking a Senior Software Developer, Applications to support PRiMES and expand ERP capabilities. The role focuses on modernizing interfaces, migrating to cloud, and integrating CRM solutions with external systems.

The candidate will lead Agile teams, design and implement enterprise CRM solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and .NET technologies, while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring robust data integration.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance at award time.
• 10+ years in IT services or development.
• Experience migrating and supporting IT apps.
• Bachelor's or higher in CS/Statistics/Math or related.
• 2–5 years of cloud experience.
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform experience.
• Strong MS tech stack: C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API.
• Experience integrating apps via REST, OData, JSON/XML.
• Proven Agile/Scrum project leadership.
• Federal government experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep PM, COR, and GTM informed of IT operations and issues.
• Lead redesign and development of new interfaces and architecture.
• Coordinate migration to cloud-based platform with teams.
• Attend customer meetings; serve as technical liaison.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise CRM solutions in Dynamics 365.
• Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for automation.
• Develop custom apps using .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with external systems via APIs.
• Support SQL Server development, procedures, views, and reports.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration.
