Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Lead to oversee implementation projects, tailor modules to client needs, and provide expert technical guidance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master’s degree in Software Engineering.
• Microsoft Certified Power Platform certification.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology.
• Experience with client relations and customer contracts.
• Experience with Office 365 Deployment.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with VMware AirWatch.
• Experience with Workday, including Absence Management, Adaptive Planning, Compensation, Financials, HCM, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Proficient English language skills at C2 level.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules based on client requirements.
• Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Conduct user training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and functionalities.
• Recommend best practices for utilizing the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Assist in pre-sales activities through technical insights and solution demonstrations.
