Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365/Power Platform developer to lead design, development, integration, and migration for a federal IT modernization program in the McLean, VA area. You will guide architecture, drive cloud migrations, and act as the primary technical liaison to government stakeholders.

The role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server, with Agile/Scrum leadership experience and an Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT services or software development, with government context preferred.
• Hands-on experience migrating and developing Enterprise IT applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, computer science, or related field.
• Cloud environment experience and strong Microsoft tech stack knowledge.
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API; REST/OData integration.
• Ability to lead Scrum/Agile projects and mentor team members.
• Must have Active Secret security clearance or be eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, and migration for an enterprise IT modernization program.
• Support operation, modernization, and enhancement of an enterprise applications platform.
• Communicate issues to Project Manager, COR, and GTM; coordinate resolutions.
• Transform existing apps and design new ones with modern interfaces and architectures.
• Coordinate migrations to cloud-based platforms; attend customer meetings.
• Serve as technical liaison to Government stakeholders; ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions; integrate systems.
• Develop CRM plugins and custom logic using C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft tech.
• Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows; support SQL Server development.
• Lead Agile/Scrum activities; troubleshoot, deliver, and document technical solutions.
