Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior Dynamics 365 ERP administrator to lead configuration, support, and optimization of Finance & Operations and Project Operations. You will drive system improvements, manage security roles, and support revenue recognition and billing processes.

Collaborate with finance, IT, and project teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions and accurate reporting. Strong training and stakeholder communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of proven experience as a system administrator or support specialist for D365 F&O & Project Operations.
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Engagement is a plus.
• Experience configuring security roles, workflows, and integrations in D365.
• Strong communication and training skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for Dynamics 365 F&O and Project Operations across sales, project management, billing, and accounting.
• Serve as SME for project accounting modules including billing, revenue recognition, and collections.
• Administer and configure system settings, workflows, and security roles.
• Collaborate with finance, IT and business units to translate needs into system solutions and reports.
• Lead UAT and regression testing for changes and upgrades.
