Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior D365 Business Central consultant to lead end-to-end implementations for clients in a dynamic environment. You will guide project planning, execution, and post-implementation support while aligning solutions with business goals.

You will collaborate across departments, capture requirements, and drive best practices, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction through clear communication and effective governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with D365 Business Central implementations.
• 2+ years in a leadership role, managing teams and client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of D365 BC configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Microsoft certifications related to D365 Business Central are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of D365 BC implementations from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to capture requirements and guide solution delivery.
• Develop and improve processes and procedures to enhance service delivery and knowledge base.
